Privacy Policy for Little Classical Musician

This privacy policy explains how Little Pal International Limited, operating under the developer name Little Learner ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes information when you use the Little Classical Musician Android app.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Email address, when you request or download a content pack, create an account, sign in, receive a verification code, reset a password, or contact support.
• Account and authentication information, including an account identifier, account status, verification records, device-session name, and authentication tokens. Passwords are transmitted securely and stored by our authentication service only in protected, non-plain-text form.
• Optional profile information that you choose to save through account-management features.
• Support communications that you choose to send to us.

Information collected automatically

• App activity, such as screens viewed, content selections, playback actions, and content-download events.
• App and device information, such as app version, device model, operating-system version, language, approximate region derived by service providers, and network information including IP address.
• Diagnostics and performance data, such as crash reports, error details, launch and response performance, and related technical logs.

The app does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. It does not display advertising, and we do not use collected data for personalized advertising.

How we use information

• Provide the app, stream or download content, and remember playback and preference settings.
• Create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, manage sessions, and process password resets or account deletion.
• Send service messages requested by you, including verification, sign-in, download, security, and support messages.
• Diagnose crashes, monitor reliability, understand feature use, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
• Comply with applicable law and protect users, our services, and our rights.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate the app, including:

• Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Amplitude for product analytics.
• Our authentication, content-delivery, hosting, and email providers for account access, media delivery, verification, and service messages.

These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data storage, security, and retention

Network communications use encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication tokens stored by the app are kept in Android encrypted storage, and app backups are disabled. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

We retain account information while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. Verification challenges and similar security records are retained for shorter operational periods. Analytics, diagnostic, support, and legal records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and deletion rights

You can use the initial app experience and the first content pack without creating an account. You may sign out from the current device or all devices in the app's Settings. You may also request and confirm deletion of your account from Settings. Account deletion removes or de-identifies personal information linked to the account, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Children's privacy

Little Classical Musician is an educational app intended for parents and families with young children. Account creation and submission of an email address are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly ask a child to provide personal information directly. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate parental involvement, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, our service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date above.
